セミヨン50％、ソーヴィニョン・ブラン40％、ソーヴィニョン・グリ10％のブレンド。AOCサンテミリオンでは白ブドウが認められていないため、ラベルには謙虚にAOCボルドー・ブランと書かれている。しかし、このワインは、サンテミリオンの悪童と呼ばれるジャン・リュック・テュヌヴァンが、数量限定で作った本格的な白ワインです。柑橘類、花、砂糖漬けの要素の香りが、ジューシーな果実味と程よい酸味とのバランスのとれた味わいへと続きます。
A blend of 50% Sémillon, 40% Sauvignon Blanc, and 10% Sauvignon Gris. The label humbly says AOC Bordeaux Blanc, as white grapes are not permitted under AOC St Emilion. But this is a serious white wine from Jean-Luc Thunevin, Le Bad Boy of St Emilion, made in only limited quantities. A nose of citrus, flowers, and candied elements gives way to a palate of juicy fruit balanced by good acidity, A very enjoyable and appetizing medium-bodied wine, not to be missed.
